keen birder since
his early childhood
and started his
photographic career
with an old analog
Nikon FE2. Since
then, both Terje and Nikon has evolved,
and from being a typical snap-shot
photographer, he has now specialized
creating clean, intimate and artistic
images of birds that actually can
decorate any living room wall.
“A clean background leaves the bird’s
personality undisturbed. Therefore I
love to shoot in pure snow or clean
desert sand. In Norway, I have access
to snow 6 months a year, making it the
perfect country for photography in my
opinion”, Terje says. He runs his own
company, guiding birdwatchers and
photographers to the best birds and
photo sites in Norway.
