In a regular Chieftain seg-
ment, our fearless reporters
catch up with students outside
of the classroom to get their
innermost thoughts about deep
topics. In our fi rst episode, we
tracked down some Freshmen.
Do you have a
girlfriend?
Luke Dudley:
Uh … no. But
I wish I did.
Alec Hamady:
L. Dudley
No, no I do
not.
Nicholas
D’Angelo: No.
Ashtyn
Loussia: Yes, I
do. Her name
is Grace.
A. Loussia
Comment: Basing
it off the fi rst three,
I’m gonna go out on
a limb and say the
fourth one is a lie. I
do see a lot of prom-
ise in these guys,
though.

Who is your favorite
teacher?
Jayden Hakkany: So
far, it would have to
be Mr. Ciaravino.
Peter Burg: Mr.
P. Burg
Shaffer.
Comment: Good selections here
all around. I can’t argue with any
of them.
What are you most
excited about this
year?
Charlie Simpson: I’m
most excited for the
baseball and basket-
ball seasons this year. C. Simpson
Comment: I can defi nitely relate
to this one. Ring-chasing is a cer-
tainty this year.
What is your favorite
school lunch?
Tommy LaMarche: Gotta be
a burger with a Coke.
Ryan Mardero-
sian: Pasta with
marinara sauce.
Comment: The
fi rst one was
almost a refl ex.
I’m borderline
T. LaMarche
concerned.
