An Insider’s Perspective from the Chieftain
With the loss of key Seniors, the Bowling
team will need to find some new members to succeed in 2016-17.

After a 3-2 start, the Football team looks
to build off of a down season last year
and get back into the State playoffs.
Led by new faces, the Wrestling team
looks to compete again this winter.
The Ski team
looks to compete
for a State Title
this year after
many years of being on the brink of
contention.
With a mix of
young and old
talent, like Senior
Jack McConnell
and Sophomore
Julian Khemmoro,
the Soccer team
looks to contend
yet again with CC
for the Catholic
League Championship.
Led by Senior Jack
Winkler, the
Tennis team is off
to a hot start and
looking to compete for a State
title after a disappointing 7th place
finish last year.
Led by a strong
Senior class, the
Swim team looks
to capture Catholic, State, and
National Titles.
Spring
Back and loaded
with talent,
Lacrosse looks
to win its 14th
straight State Title.
The Cross Country team races to another win
Undefeated after
their first five meets, the state’s topranked Cross Country team hopes to
contend for both Catholic League and
State titles.
Winter
After coming off a down year with very
little experience, the Basketball Warriors
are striving for a bounce-back season.
After a heartbreaking loss to Hartland in
last year’s postseason, the Hockey team
will be looking for redemption in the
State Playoffs.

Looking for its
sixth straight
Catholic League Title, the Baseball team
will try to ride the experience of Seniors
Chris Faust and Alex Kuster to lead the
team to a strong postseason.
A new season brings on a new coach, and
the Golf team looks to place higher at
States this year, led by Senior Alec Emerson and Junior Quinn O’Leary.
After losing a lot talent, the Track and
Field Warriors will depend on the
distance team, led by Sophomore Alec
Miracle and Junior Michael Tremonti, to
propel them to a strong season.
