PEOPLE can do to change things so the problem doesn’ t present itself again in the future. I usually try to talk about it and look for a way of solving the issue at hand.

According to me, stress is a fatigue of mind where depression, heart diseases, stroke and mental disorders are caused as a result of over-working and thinking hard. I deal with stress by managing my time. This helps a lot in stress control because you avoid the rush hour that brings about stress.
As a team in our company, stress is controlled through effective and active administration that encourages all employees to have a positive and realistic mindset, which results into developmental, innovative and creative ideas.
Team work helps in stress control because if you’ re not good at something, your co-worker could be better at it. This has helped us to deal with stress because as the saying goes, no single mind can reign.
Also, everyone has a day off once in a week because our bodies need enough rest and sleep.
BELINDA UMURERWA ASSISTANT EXECU- TIVE, UAP INSURANCE
If the stress is brought by something to do with work, I normally just go home and take a very long shower then go to my room and just listen to music. I try to manage my stress personally. Actually, that’ s how I manage all my stress and not only that which is related to work. I don’ t want to go out and make other people victims of my stress. I just opt to go and just chill at my home and everything is gone. I am not that person who is always stressful, I always manage my stress, smile and overcome whatever has happened. Sometimes I call up a few friends that are really close to me and we have a drink or something like that.

Well, it’ s not like I have a specific way of dealing with stress; I just go with the flow. Naturally, I get less stress because I fight less. There are also things I know very well that I cannot change. For the things that are not on my rhythm, I simply accept the fact that I might not be able to like them.
The other way I manage stress is by not looking at the present and thinking of how nice things would be in future. That keeps me optimistic. The third thing I do is to ask myself how worse the situation could get. Once you visualise the worst case scenario, you find that it’ s actually not that scary so you just relax, psychologically.
