CYC Webmaster Mark Green As the commodore indicated at the AGM, the website has been running in its current form for four years so now is a good time to take stock and see which bits of the site can be improved. Before we embark on any changes it is essential to assess how the site works for typical users. The club would like to conduct a number of interviews with members to get insights into what is and isn’t working. Anita Hedges, a CYC member who has recent experience of testing User Experience for a large company’s website, has kindly offered to conduct the interviews. We are looking for between 6 and 10 volunteers to assist with the testing. The ideal volunteers should be repre- sentative of the club’s membership but be relatively unfamiliar with the website.
