CONNECT WITH THE The CHEST Foundation champions lung health through clinical research and community service grants. Since 1996, we’ve provided more than $10 million in funding for clinical research and community service, with a reach that spans from Texas to Tanzania. At CHEST 2017, we’ll recognize the winners of more than a half-million dollars in research and community service grants that advance lung health. The 2017 grant cycle was incredibly competitive, with more than 100 applications for funding. The winners listed below exhibited exemplary partnerships with their spon- soring institution, rigorous metrics to track their project’s progress, and innovative, novel approaches to addressing their research topic. We are excited to announce this year’s grant recipients!
