1 cup rolled oats 4 tbs spelt wheat flour 1 heaped tbs light cane sugar 1 1 /2 tsp baking powder 2 pinch salt 3/4 cup + 1 tbs oat milk
Method 1
First, combine rolled oats and flour. Add sugar, baking powder, salt and stir again. While mixing, slowly add oat milk.
Method 2
Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse for a few seconds.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Oil it, pour some pancake batter and sprinkle some blueberries on top. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cooked a bit longer until gold on the other side. Put in a plate, a repeat these steps until no batter is left. Serve with agave or maple syrup.
