What you'll need
• Glass containers (jars, pitchers, etc.) of any size (from 250ml to 5L) • spoon to mix (and slightly crush the plant) • water (preferably filtered) and ice if you'd like •fruits, vegetables and / or herbs
Preparation
1 . Cut fruits and vegetables and lightly crush the herbs using a spoon or mortar/pestle. 2.Place the fruits, vegetable, and herbs in the bottom of the container. 3. Pour water over and mix gently. 4. Place in the fridge to infuse for 1 5 minutes to 1 day.
