5 prunes or dates 8 to 1 0 red plums 1 00g of raspberries 25cl of water 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Put the prunes or dates in your blender with some water and mix until getting a smooth purée. Add the fruits, the remainder of water, the cinnamon and blend till you obtain the right consistency.
For an iced smoothie , substitute some of the water for ice-cubes or employ frozen raspberries
