Preheat oven to 355°C. Put flour, baking powder, sugar, salt & cocoa in a bowl & blend. Pour vegan milk over the mixture & stir until the batter gets smooth. Add in peanut butter and blend it in. Do the same with chocolate chips. Fill in your pans or paper cups up to 2/3 (tip : use either 2 tbs or an ice cream scoop) Bake muffins for 25 to 30 minutes depending on your oven and the baking mode you are using.
