1 cup coconut cream 1 package whipped cream fixer 3 tbs icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla flavor For this recipe, I used coconut cream which is the solid part you find in coconut milk cans. The liquid part can be used in another recipe for example in a smoothie. Pour the cream in the bowl of your food processor and leave in the fridge for 1 hour. Whisk coconut cream with an electric whisk for 2 minutes. Then add whipped cream fixer and whisk for 30 more seconds. Add icing sugar and vanilla and whisk one more time for 1 to 2 minutes. Once your whipped cream is pretty thick (you can see wrinkles on the surface and it does not drop from your whisks), leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Serve whipped cream with a spoon or piping bag, it can be eaten with fruits, sorbets, or to fill & decorate cakes like Fraisiers (Strawberry cakes) or Black Forests. Translation : Löu R. 1 06
