Whisk coconut milk, oat milk and hot chili sauce together. Pour flours & yeast in the bowl of a food processor. Add liquids and stir with energy. Season to taste (salt & pepper). Let the batter grow for 1 hour at room temperature and in a place without drafts. If you want to enhance the growth of the batter, put it in your oven at 95 to 1 05°F. Thinly slice the green part of your onions and the herbs. Zest lemon. Pour everything into the batter and carefully blend. Use a skillet or blinis pan to cook the blinis. It is not necessary to oil the pan if it is a non-stick one. Pour a ladleful of batter on a preheated or hot pan. Turn the blinis when bubbles form on the surface, and when the edges are not too soft. Eat the blinis lukewarm with some tomato salad or a salsa fresco. Translation : Löu R. 1 03
