the Tomato Fest Diced Event, especially since our competition is the city of Jacksonville,” read the statement.“ Of course, one of the opposing team members being a famous chef could sway things a bit, but our team is confident and knows how to handle pressure in dicey situations.”
Kiepersol is hosting Tomato Fest Diced and providing a full kitchen where the teams can sizzle. Food ingredients, chosen and donated by Super Gallo, are provided to each team and revealed at the start of the cook-off. Tomatoes are, of course, part of every Diced event and are provided by the Tomato Shed.
Each team is given one hour to create an appetizer and entree.
A panel of three judges will determine Judge’ s Choice, Best Presentation and the Tidy Award. The fourth award is the People’ s Favorite.
