� How do I register for an event ? �If an event is “ open ” you will see the event listed on the event request screen . �If the event is not listed , the registration for this event has not opened . �All event registration timeframes are in the member guide .
�The member guide is on the member website as a flipbook and has been emailed to the membership .
� How do I know if I am in the event or on the waitlist ? �Team or Individual Lottery Point totals will dictate ALL fulfilled event requests .
�There is no longer a scenario where the first person that signs up automatically gets in . When the event registration closes , we will sort the roster by lottery points , and communicate who is in the event .
�Major Club event registration closes 7 days prior to the event �Association play registration closes 3 days prior to the event
� How do I sign up with my team ? �If it is an event where members will be able to pick their teams , you will be able to book 4 people just like a lottery request . �If you fail to sign up as a team properly the Professional Shop reserves the right to place you with whomever we pair you with .
