GARLIC CHIPS Prep time: 10 min Cook time: 10 min Ingredients ? 2 foot French baguette ? ? ? Yield: 4 servings Level: easy 6 cloves of garlic 1 stick of butter 2 teaspoons of dried basil Directions 1. Slice French baguette into 1/3 inch even slices, Crush 6 cloves of garlic. Next get a small bowl then mix 1 stick butter, crushed garlic and 2 teaspoons of dried basil. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a butter knife, butter both sides of the baguette chips with the butter, garlic and basil mix. Place buttered baguette chips onto an oven tray making sure to first cover tray with tin foil. 3. Place in oven for 5 minutes, 2 and half minutes on each side till dry and light brown in color. Turn oven off and pull tray out. 4. Make your plate and enjoy! TIPS ~ You can use your own choice of toppings. You can store in a zip lock bag and put in the fridge or freezer to eat at a later date.
