NOTE : Adult athletes are required to have current background checks with green light determinations and athlete protection training . Adult athletes are those who are 18 years and older or will turn 18 before June 1 , 2025

Limited Division

1 . Limited divisions will be offered at all USASF sanctioned competitions including The Cheerleading Worlds bid qualifiers . 2 . Limited division teams are eligible to receive all bid types ( AL , PP or P ) at The Cheerleading Worlds bid qualifiers . 3 . Clubs competing in Limited divisions will only be eligible to receive one bid ( per club , not per location ) to The Cheerleading

Worlds . No other cheer team from the club will be eligible for a bid to The Cheerleading Worlds .

Roster Violations

• It is important that rosters are true and accurate before submitting for a bid-giving event or The Cheerleading Worlds .

• Any team or club found to be in violation of roster guidelines at the bid-qualifying event is not eligible to receive a bid .

• If a bid has been awarded and the team is in violation of the rostering requirements , they will forfeit the awarded bid .

• If a team is found to have made an improper substitution / alternate assignment , or has an illegal team member / crossover , this team

- will be disqualified ;

- may be subject to fines ;

- may be responsible for repaying the total of any funds received through a paid / partial-paid bid ;

- may be denied participation ( with the gym ’ s entire cheer club ) in future events including The Cheerleading Worlds the following year ;

- may be subject to USASF membership revocation ; and / or

- may face other disciplinary measures as set forth by the USASF Compliance Committee .

Division , Team Size Requirements

A team that receives and accepts any type of Worlds bid must compete at Worlds in the same division they competed in at the qualifying event where their bid was awarded . The number of athletes competing on any team at Worlds may not exceed the number of athletes that took the floor with the team at the bid-qualifying event .
