Roster , Music Verification
Scheduling
You must schedule your Worlds roster verification appointment with your USASF regional director no later than April 4 .
• Appointments will be scheduled on these days for all teams : April 23-25 Wednesday , Thursday , Friday : 9am-6:30pm
• No appointments will be offered nor rosters approved on Saturday .
• Appointments will be held at these locations :
- Coronado Springs Resort : U . S . -based teams staying at Coronado Springs Resort and U . S . -based team commuters .
- All Star Resort-Celebrity Hall : U . S . -based teams staying at All Star Resort and ALL non U . S . -based International teams .
• Watch for more information regarding scheduling an appointment with a Worlds official .
• USASF teams must contact their USASF regional director to schedule appointments .
• IASF teams will receive an email from admin @ iasfworlds . com regarding the roster verification process .
What to Expect During Your Appointment
Roster Verification 1 . Bring printed copies of these documents to your appointment :
• Worlds Team Roster
• Compliance Cover Sheet
2 . Your roster will be checked against the roster that was certified by the bid-awarding event producer . Additionally , the following areas will be reviewed :
Athletes
• All athletes listed on the official Worlds roster .
• Correct number of females / males per team .
• Reserve athletes are listed and follow substitution / alternate rules as stated on page 8 .
• Club Release Waivers will be collected for any athlete who has taken the floor with an exhibition or competition team with another club during the Worlds competition season ( Nov . 1 , 2024 – April 22 , 2025 ).
• Non-U . S . citizen athletes on U . S . -based teams must provide appropriate original documentation . Bring the International Athlete List and required documents , available from your USASF regional director .
• Athletes must present photo IDs upon warm-up entry . See page 15 .
• ALL athletes on U . S . - based teams in Open divisions ( any division that does not have a top age ) must complete abuse prevention education .
Coaches
• All coaches and club owners listed on the official Worlds roster .
• Coach or combination of coaches credentialed as follows :
- building through level of team ; and
- tumbling through level 6 ( unless non-tumbling ).
• Only credentialed coaches may enter warm-up rooms .
• Club owners who are USASF members and listed on the Worlds roster , but do not have the appropriate level of building or tumbling credentials , may enter warm-up rooms with credentialed coaches . However , they are strictly prohibited from coaching in the warmup rooms and backstage areas .
• Coaches and club owners must have coach ID cards which show necessary credentials .
Personnel
• Correct personnel member included on the official Worlds roster .
• Member must have personnel ID card to enter warm-up room .
• Only one personnel member per team may enter warm-up room .
3 . Once verified by a Worlds official , the roster will be locked and considered your official Worlds roster and will be used during the athlete ID check prior to your team entering the warm-up room . 4 . Changes made after roster verification must be reported to and verified by your USASF regional director .
Music Verification The music verification process requires that you : 1 . complete a form to declare that your music is copyright compliant ; and 2 . show all applicable licenses and receipts as they pertain to your routine music .

U . S . Team Eligibility
Athletes must be U . S . residents or legal student residents . Team members who are not U . S . citizens must provide proof of legal residency and evidence that they are in the U . S . for work or school during the 2024-2025 season , not solely for cheerleading or dance . This information must be available during roster verification and upon request . Club Release Waiver
Any athlete , including an Exceptional Athlete , who has taken the floor with an exhibition or competition team at any level from a ( primary ) club during the Worlds competition season ( Nov . 1 , 2024 – April 22 , 2025 ), must have a USASF Club Release Waiver signed by the owner of the primary club to be eligible to compete with a different ( secondary ) club at The 2025 Cheerleading Worlds . The USASF Club Release Waiver is found at TheCheerleadingWorlds . net . This form must be uploaded on the Roster Verification Form prior to your roster verification appointment .
