Mission Our Mission is to fight for a Cure! In Jesse ' s last hours he asked why the Doctors couldn ' t help him and my only answer was the Doctors didn ' t have the Special M edicines. Jesse had a fundraiser day that he called " His Special Day " as he reflected on that he asked " Can you and Dad have lots of Special days to get the money for Special Medicines so the Doctors can help the other Kids ". General Information On the 12th July 2006 our lives were changed forever with the news our youngest Son Jesse who had just turned 4 had Neuroblastoma stage 4 Cancer. We were told it was an aggressive Childhood Cancer with no known Cure. Jesse ' s prognosis was not a good one and his only hope was to go through an intensive treatment plan consisting of M ultiple Chemotherapy, Surgery ' s, Bone M arrow Transplant with Stem Cell Rescue and Radiation. Unfortunatly Jesse relapsed in 2007 and although he trialed another round of Chemotherapy which allowed him to start School in Febuary 2008, Jesse lost his Battle against N euroblastoma on the 24th August 2008. We didn ' t not realize until Childhood Cancer touched us how many lives are affected by Cancer! We met so many lovely Children along the way that sadly also lots their lives.
