Recurring Items
Some of the strategies identified by the staff and planning team are recurring items that should occur on a regular basis
to help the Department make operational decisions and inform future projects.
Purpose
In order to keep up with the fast-paced recreation
market, it is important that agencies reassess their
facilities, programs, staff, and users on a regular
basis. This recurring self-reflection will help the
Departmenr stay aware of changing demographics
and industry trends and monitor their assets’
evolving strengths and weaknesses.
