Lauren Kirkman : Lord we give thanks to the medical professionals who cared for Pop , especially Dr Kate Dunn , and the amazing palliative care team at Bellarine Community Health , led by Sue , Teresa and Charlotte . May they draw comfort and strength from the knowledge that the work they do makes a positive difference in the world . Lord , hear us . All : Lord , hear our prayer .
Mitch Kirkman : Although we are all very sad that Pop has gone , help us to keep alive the values and ideals he has instilled in us , especially the values of family , community , generosity , and gratitude . Lord , hear us . All : Lord , hear our prayer .
