The Energy of the Food You Eat
Lets talk about food baby! We all eat some form of it...well other than those breatharians who live solely on air, but whatever floats your boat! Food is a HUGE part of most of our lives, and so many social traditions center around food; “date nights, family dinners, picnics, movie night popcorn, summer ice cream ventures, birthday cakes...etc.” So understandably there is an exorbitant amount of information out there about what food is right for you, when and in what amounts. Well what if I suggested all of that doesn’t have to matter so much?
Masaru Emoto, in his famous pictures of water, presented how water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns. Where in contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts, forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors. This clearly demonstrates that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water.
So if water takes on the resonance or frequency of the energy that is directed towards it, what makes food any different?
Consider that everyday we are altering the molecular structure of food when we cook it, for example, turning a hard potato into a soft one. Well doesn’t it make sense that as the molecular structure of potato is changed, are the vitamins within the food? Keeping in mind that at the very base, even going beyond molecules, everything is energy, and if we change the energy...
