Even with businesses being affected by COVID-19 restrictions , our sponsors stepped up to provide the support that helped us succeed . They provided us with extensive media coverage at a deeply reduced rate , allowing us to reach thousands of people in the south metro area .

New board member
We are pleased to welcome Lindy Anderson to the CAA Board of Directors . Lindy is well-known throughout Charbonneau , as a member of the Charbonneau Country Club
Board of Directors , Charbonneau Women ’ s Association , The Niners , and working at the Charbonneau Golf Club as wedding planner and Pro Shop assistant . Lindy will work with our treasurer , Bob Weisenthal , who will step down at the end of 2021 after serving for the past six years .

Hopes for 2021
As we begin plans for 2021 , we are hoping to to host our 38th Annual Festival of the Arts at the Charbonneau Country Club , Nov . 5-7 . State guidelines will tell us if that can happen . Thanks to our experience with the 2020 Virtual Gallery , we ’ ll be ready to go virtual again if necessary . We may even incorporate a scaleddown virtual exhibition to accompany a live gallery . The Festival Organizing Committee will soon be forming , so watch for details in future articles . In the meantime , we will celebrate the silver linings from adversity in 2020 and hope for gold at the end of the rainbow in 2021 .
