Like wrapping presents ? The Niners will hold our second annual Christmas Gift Wrap project in The Turn from Monday , Dec . 20 through Thursday , Dec . 23 from 11 a . m . to 3 p . m . We need holiday gift wrapping paper , bags , name tags , and ribbons and bows . Please let me know and I can arrange to have your donations stored in our clubhouse closet . We selected Wilsonville Community Sharing for last year ’ s project . We presented them with a check for $ 1,300 !
Know of a charitable organization in Wilsonville ? Please give me a call . Kathy Hartlaub gave our donation of $ 457.50 to the Charbonneau Employee Scholarship Fund . The committee is reviewing the applications and will let us know the recipients . Thanks for your hard work Kathy .

The 2021 Festival of the Arts postponed until June 3-5 2022

We are pleased to announce our 2021 Donation Challenge . Between now and the end of the year , you can double the
MCLAIN impact of your
tax-deductible donation . Thanks to several generous supporters , your donations of any size , made by Dec . 31 , 2021 , will be matched dollar-for-dollar , up to $ 2,000 . We will , of course , accept donations after that date with gratitude .
As previously reported , our 2021 Festival of the Arts was postponed until June 3-5 , 2022 , due to the COVID-19 surge . Since this is our major fundraiser , the postponement has affected our ability to make our donation to the schools at past levels . Your contributions will help us come closer to our fundraising goals !
Our contributions go directly to the art programs at Canby and Wilsonville High Schools . In past years the funds have been used to :
� Buy needed equipment and supplies � Expand student horizons by financially underwriting field trips to art shows and museums
� Pay entry fees for regional art competitions where school support was not available
� Funding for the display stands and printing costs for the Wilsonville Community Portrait Project coordinated by Wilsonville Arts and Culture Council and painted by Wilsonville High School art students . The Biggest Pumpkin is completed
Benjamin Mefford ’ s granite sculpture of the Biggest Pumpkin is completed and now available to view in its temporary home at the Frog Pond Church property ( aka Meridian United Church of Christ ) at 6750 Boeckman Road in Wilsonville . The pumpkin will remain in its current location until next year , when it will probably be moved to Memorial Park . The project was funded in part by a grant sponsored by CAA from the Clackamas County Cultural Coalition .
