The Eagles had a strong 2024-25 year in their own right highlighted by the girls track and field team winning their first ever state title which also served as PC’ s first team state title of any kind since 1995. The Eagles also sent both cross country teams to state as well as their boys golf team while showing well in several other sports.

The Rockets contended for state championships in five different sports this season, starting with the best finish in program history at state by the EBF volleyball program going wire-to-wire as the second-ranked team in Class 2A. The EBF boys wrestling team also contended for a state team championship, taking the lead in points into the third day of the four-day tournament before matching volleyball with a second-place finish. EBF girls basketball earned the program’ s first state tournament win, carrying the No. 1 ranking in the state throughout each week of the regular season, while EBF girls wrestling and track and field both secured top-10 state finishes.
