Football Memory Book Ads
Yes, it is that time of the year again to start thinking about your football memory book ad!
DEADLINES
If your player is on subvarsity (freshmen blue or red OR JV Blue or red) then you are winding up your season this next week with Lehman. The deadline for subvarsity is NOV 20th.
Varsity will have a later deadline as they will be going into playoffs. ThE deadline FOR VARSITY is DEC 11th.
You can design your own ad and submit it OR you can have your ad designed for you.
If you are an AGP client, then AGP will be designing and submitting your player memory book ad for you according to your player package options.
There may be an additional fee if your package doesn't cover a larger ad design and we will notify you of that issue as soon as possible.
Remember, we are professionals and we've done this for a long time, so there's no shame in asking us to do the ad for you even if we haven't specifically been shooting your player as a part of our gallery program.
If you use us, we take care of everything for you.
Let us share our requirements if you are not going to use AGP for your ad production:
PHOTOS TO INCLUDE
Here is what we recommend for the number of photos for each size memory book ad if you complete your ad yourself:
QTR-------- 1-2 photos
HALF------ 2-4 photos
FULL------- 3-5 photos
HOW TO SUBMIT BY EMAIL TO US
Please name your files with the following naming convention:
(Team + Number + Name + Size).pdf or .png, or .jpg, etc.
Use the following codes: V=Varsity, JVB=JVBlue, JVR=JVRed, FRR=Freshman Red, FRB=Freshman Blue, Q=quarter, H=half, F=full)
So examples would be:
V02MaxMangumF.jpg
or
JVR33DavidDickersonH.tif
When submitting, all ads must be sent to us via email at:
AD SPECIFICATIONS
All ads must be submitted to us in high resolution for printing. This is a minimum of at least 300 pixels per inch. (300PPI)
Ad dimensions:
QTR ---------- 1050 pixels by 1425 pixels (3.5x4.75)
HALF -------- 2160 pixesl by 1425 pixels (7.2x4.75)
FULL --------- 2160 pixels by 2910 pixels (7.2x9.7)
If you know how to do this on your end, please design in CMYK instead of RGB color profile. We cannot guarantee perfect color match with what you were working with if we do the conversion for you, but we will attempt to make it look like we believe it should.
HOW TO PAY FOR US TO DO THE AD
If you want AGP to design your ad, our ad design fees are:
QTR -------- $30
HALF------- $40
FULL -------- $50
All design fees must be paid up front before ads will be worked on. You can send a check or call us with a credit card.
