DEDICATED PLAYER JOURNALS
OK, you say, this is great!
Where do we sign up? Wait, what is this going to cost us?
For next year's gallery program, because we're trying this out for the first time, we're offering the ALL STAR program with the PLAYER JOURNAL at no cost increase.
This means, we are absorbing the cost of printing you a copy, but we're hoping that it's such a big hit that more people sign up for the ALL STAR package!
We're also going to offer this at the JV and Freshman levels at NO ADDITIONAL COST to the basic program cost for last year, although the ALL STAR package at the JV/FRESHMAN levels will not have ALL the bells and whistles that it does at Varsity's more premium price. It's really just the PLAYER JOURNAL that gets added. (BIG BONUS!)
We're going to continue to offer the Varsity BASIC package, but we think this PLAYER JOURNAL will be such a hot item!
As we've already indicated, the Take Two program will see a slight cost increase to cover the PLAYER JOURNAL printing, although, we may make changes in the fall depending on how this goes. Thus, we will offer TAKE TWO $80 and $100 Programs, the $100 level including a Player Journal!
Another program change for next year will be that we won't shoot a team if we don't have at least 5 players signed up for BASIC or ALL STAR packages. If it happens that we don't have enough players to cover a team, we will hold checks and not run credit card payments until
we are sure that we have enough players signed up, and we will void the checks and not process your credit card payments.
We have also considered the fact that we only cover home games for JV and Freshman. We are not going to include photos from other photographers in your PLAYER JOURNAL magazine, so please understand.
We don't want to get into any situations caused by licensing, quality, or anything else.
If we feel that we need to cover more games to give more content to a PLAYER JOURNAL, we will make arrangements to secure more game coverage ourselves and get those other shots to fill out the PLAYER JOURNAL for your player.
