ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
BOOKING For chapel services or outdoor ceremonies, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. For receptions, we request 72 hours notice for drop-off style catering. Full-service catered events are possible, based on the availability of our approved caterers.
EARLY CHAPEL ACCESS Rental periods are designed to encompass all aspects of your event. Early access will be available to guests for setup and preservice gathering 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Events including full-service catering will require caterer access 90 minutes to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
FOOD & BEVERAGE All food and beverage must be provided by an approved caterer. Any alcohol must be served by the caterer, who is licensed to serve alcohol. We do not permit the serving of red wine.
ACCESSIBILITY Both Bigelow and Story Chapel are equipped with ramps that provide handicap access inside and out. Assisted listening devices are available upon request.
DECOR Decorations, flowers, photos, and personal effects are restricted to display on tabletops, stands, altars, or easels. Nothing may be hung from, attached to, or affixed to any part of the building. For outdoor events, nothing should be hung from or leaned against trees, monuments, or other features nor should decor be placed in plant beds or water bodies.
PARKING On the day of your event, our staff will assist in directing your guests to appropriate parking areas based on the venue of your event. Handicap parking will be provided.
SAFETY AND SECURITY Cemetery security is on-site for all events. All guests are subject to follow Cemetery rules and regulations. Please note that open flames, including candles and incense, are not permitted.
BURIALS Burials may be scheduled yearround, Monday-Saturday from 9:00 AM- 2:30 PM.
