ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

BOOKING For chapel services or outdoor ceremonies, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. For receptions, we request 72 hours notice for drop-off style catering. Full-service catered events are possible, based on the availability of our approved caterers.
PAYMENT POLICY An initial deposit is required to secure the event space. Final payment is due no later than 5 days prior to the event. If the event is booked within 5 days, payment in full will be due at time of booking.
FOOD & BEVERAGE All food and beverage must be provided by an approved caterer. Any alcohol must be served by the caterer, who are all licensed to serve alcohol. We do not permit the serving of red wine.
ACCESSIBILITY Bigelow and Story Chapel are equipped with handicapaccessible ramps in the exterior and interior of both buildings. Assisted listening devices are available upon request.
DECOR Decorations, flowers, photos or personal effects are restricted to display on tabletops, stands, altars, or easels. Nothing may be hung from, attached to, or affixed to any part of the building. Nothing should be hung from and leaning against trees or placed in plant beds or water bodies. Due to our limited storage space, drop off and pick-up of any decor, floral arrangements and event rentals must occur the day of the event.
PARKING On the day of your event, our staff will assist in directing your guests to appropriate parking areas based on the venue of your event. Handicap parking will be provided.
SAFETY AND SECURITY Cemetery security is on-site for all events. All guests are subject to follow Cemetery rules and regulations.
