OPEN CHALLENGE
Theme: Using a sustainable model, how will you
provide advanced quality education for girls in
developing countries?
Prize: The best article will be awarded 200 USD and
will be featured in Change Magazine’s Top 5 articles
for September 2017.
Benefits: Submissions can be articles containing
proposals of a project they are working on which
are related to girls education. They will have the
chance to become our partners after Diinsider’s
review. Startup projects are especially welcome.
GENERAL CRITERIA OF THE SELECTION
Comprehensiveness: To what extent does the
article clearly describe the development challenge?
The article should clearly talk about the solutions to
the challenge, the business and operational model,
the resources to be mobilized, and its probable
successes and failures.
Scalability: To what extent does the article illustrate
how to turn global innovations to local impact in a
specific setting in developing countries?
Sustainability: Does the article discuss the
operational and financial sustainability of the
initiative?
Richness in resources and knowledge: Will the
article be practical and serve as a good resource
material to young people in developing countries?

Quality of writing: Is the article well written and
edited with zero to minor errors? Is it interesting
enough to read?
Visualization: Does the article have good
visualization tools, such as photos, videos, etc.?
