A LETTER FROM GARY It has been a great start to the year!  It’s wonderful to see the enthusiasm of all of the students. They are totally committed to improving their game. We started the year by assessing every student’s physical, mental, technical, and on-course aspect of each his or her games. This allows us to build a personal development plan for each student. This assessment process aids each student in understanding their plan, which ultimately helps him or her reach their full potential. I have reviewed each full-time and post-graduate student’s swing through video analysis and have given them the drills to help them build confidence and consistency in his or her swing. To support these efforts, we have also included daily fitness training on the range, which will accelerate the physical changes necessary to make the improvement to their swing. Based on input from our student council, we added a quiet study environment in housing including private and group work spaces. We have also added a new dining hall space and fitness regimen, all of which have reduced travel time for our students. Feedback from our students and parents has led to great new opportunities at GGGA. One of our favorite student activities is off-site weekend golf. This semester, we have already played at 5 different courses in just the first month. This gives our students an opportunity to preview some of the courses that they might play in upcoming tournaments this semester. I have enjoyed spending quality time with the students and look forward to a great Fall semester. All the best,
