DISC - WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH?
THE DISC BEHAVIORAL STYLE MODEL gives both the coach and athlete a better understanding of how the
athlete thinks, reacts and is able to best prepare for all facets of their game. Every DISC style has certain traits that can serve
as strengths or weaknesses depending on how they are managed. It is important to note that when a second core factor also
scores high, the scoring system creates combination style graph. These combination styles are a “blend” of two core factors.
