provide a high quality of life. As neighborhoods
age, the infrastructure and amenities require
consistent investment to maintain their quality.
The City of Arlington has made a targeted effort
over the last 10 years to infuse investment into
the oldest and lowest income areas of Arlington
to encourage equity and opportunity. This report
includes information on the investments in both
infrastructure and social programs that help
Central and East Arlington residents thrive.
