Ambassador Spotlight: Anna Duncan

The Welch Team, Keller Williams Community Partners
What is your business and / or organization you represent? The Welch Team- Keller Williams Community Partners
How long have you been active in the Ambassador program? This is my first year in the Ambassador program and I love it!
What do you enjoy most about the Ambassador program? I enjoy having the opportunity to represent a county and community that I believe in. Being able to meet and educate new people in our area about events, new happenings, and how to become a chamber member is a great privilege.
How has being part of the Ambassador program been a positive impact on your business or organization? The Welch Team has seen an increase in people coming to us for general real estate questions, a list of local vendors in the area, and a few looking to buy / sell their home. We are thankful that more and more people are seeing us as their local expert.
What do you enjoy most about living and / or working in Dawson County? I love that Dawson County is a small town. The members and Ambassadors at the chamber, my teammates, and the friendly faces that I meet all make me feel welcomed and a part of their family. Dawson County may be growing but the heart of Dawson County will always be in the people that make this community feel like home.
Ambassadors for the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce serve as representatives of the Chamber to businesses and the community. Ambassadors enjoy more one-on-one networking opportunities which increases visibility to their business as well as learning more about economic development in our community. They are featured on the Chamber’ s website as well as recognized at events and receive monthly awards and an award for the Ambassador of the Year at the annual Chamber Gala. For more information on becoming an Ambassador, contact Martha Holbrook at Holbrook. martha @ gmail. com or Membership Director Melissa Mayton at m. mayton @ dawson. org.
