It ’ s almost summer and for many , our thoughts are of fun and sun and everything that the great outdoors affords : swimming , golfing , baseball , kayaking , picnicking , hiking and more . In this edition of Chamber Business Connection , you ’ ll learn of just some of the great opportunities that our community offers in the way of outdoor fun .
We hope that you enjoy this edition of the e-magazine and that you avail yourselves of the opportunities available to you and your family . Gather the family and visit our wonderful Metro Park , go mini golfing , fit in a round of golf , go swimming , rafting , canoeing , camping or satisfy your competitive edge at Footmaster Kickgolf or LVLUP Paintball – the opportunities are just about endless – you just have to take advantage of them .
Each Saturday morning from 8:00am- Noon , join us in Grove City ’ s Historic Town Center for the multi award winning Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce Farmers ’ Market . You ’ ll find fresh and locally grown or produced fruits , vegetables , meats , sauces , pastas – even gluten free !
Try some freshly roasted coffee beans , herbal tea , cheese from grass fed cows , or spicy mustard . Take a break from shopping , sit and relax at the George Edge Music Pavilion and watch our guest Chef / Cook prepare dishes made exclusively from ingredients purchased at the Market – don ’ t forget to taste some samples !
Each week beginning Saturday June 3rd , we will be raffling off a brand new Char Griller gas / smoker combo grill – Raffle tickets will be sold from 8:00am until 10:15am and the drawing will be held at 10:30am – must be present to win .
