King’s Kids Day Care Center is a
non-profit Christian based child care
program. Our goal is to provide an at-
mosphere that encourages tenderness,
peace, and love. Our curriculum is de-
signed to focus on the different develop-
mental needs of children ages 5 months
through 10 years. Daily lessons include,
but are not limited to, gross motor activi-
ties, pre-academics and academics (Lan-
guage Arts, Math, Reading Readiness,
Arts/Crafts, and Music), Bible lessons,
and quiet play.
Physical needs are met through activities
which involve both large and small mus-
cles. Children are also taught the impor-
tance of good health habits and safety
guidelines.
Emotional needs are met by recogniz-
ing the importance of daily praise both
verbally and through hugs. Children are
encouraged to express their feelings and
cope with them in acceptable ways.
