It is under permit to the Western Dakota Camp Association , a South Dakota Nonprofit Cooperation , which provides opportunities for conservation education and outdoor recreation experiences , including fishing and canoeing , for a wide range of youth groups . On weekends , Camp Bob Marshall has some capacity for family reunions and weddings . The Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers with a mission to provide this outdoor experience to today ’ s youth .
