Chaim Ochayon Chaim arrived to South Africa in 1984 with an agricultural degree Chaim Found a job in a research station for a large South African Company until 1986. Chaim joined the insurance industry in 1989 and opened his own brokerage which he ran successfully until 2004. In 2005 Chaim become a partner in a construction management company where he oversaw and managed project from conception to completion. With this background, and the love to work with people, Chaim decided to join the property industry which he did in 2009, and worked and trained at a large real estate completing the real estate qualifications. Chaim negotiated many successful sales of properties, winning multiple awards. With his extensive experience in sales, project management and financial background, together with the utmost integrity, enthusiasm, confidence, a sense of responsibility, commitment and persistence, he can truly offer his clients and exceptional and professional service, resulting in trouble-free transactions.
