Each dad is assigned a Responsible Fatherhood Specialist who will coach, support and monitor the progress of each dad from program enrollment through graduation. BRFP dads meet with their Responsible Fatherhood Specialist once a week to assist with addressing and possibly removing barriers to employment, healthy relationships, and responsible parenting. May 2013 - April 2014 DADMAP curriculum outcomes 95% 90% 92% WORKSHOPS AND GROUPS Twice a week, our seasoned BRFP staff facilitate group sessions. These sessions provide critical information, vital to participating dads using CFUF’s D.A.D. M.A.P. Curriculum (Developing All Dads for Manhood And Parenting). The D.A.D. M.A.P. consists of 4 modules: • Responsibility and fatherhood • Parenting • Healthy relationships • Employment readiness To further enhance our D.A.D. M.A.P. offering, BRFP provides interactive educational workshops in alignment with each curriculum module with each curriculum module facilitated by our 78% 89% Graduates showing increased demonstration of parenting skills Graduates having better understanding and management of the child support system.
