ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
In order to obtain the best reproduction of your artwork it is necessary for you to provide us with the highest quality electronic artwork possible that is prepared properly.
Ensure all fonts are outlined and all placed images are embedded in the supplied artwork file( s).
Our in-house design team is available at an additional cost to help ensure your artwork is prepared properly for production.
We accept files in these Adobe formats
Adobe Illustrator(. ai,. eps, or. pdf with editing capabilities, all images embedded or links supplied) Adobe PhotoShop(. eps,. psd, minimum file size: 150dpi @ 100 %) Adobe Acrobat( in the form of an editable PDF, all images embedded or links supplied) We cannot accept these file formats: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, MS Excel, Corel Draw
VECTOR ART( ai, eps, svg, or pdf files) Should be created either full size or in scale according to the proportions of the flag or banner. Specify the Pantone ® Solid + Coated( PMS) Color to ensure a more accurate color output. Colors may not be an exact match.
ALL RASTER IMAGES( jpg, png, tif, or psd files) Need to be provided at full size and at a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. These are printed“ as is.”
TRANSPARENCIES Transparency effects can produce unintended consequences when printed outside of Illustrator. To avoid this, it is best to flatten all transparencies and rasterize at 100 %, leaving them in CMYK.
