Assistant Professor for Drake University McGregor joined Mary Kay Inc. in 2004 and spent more than seven years in the International Human Resources division as manager and later director of International Human Resources for the European Region. He was one of the first to earn the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) certification. Since 2005, McGregor has held a variety of volunteer roles for the Institute’s certification process. Tincup is one of the country’s leading thinkers on social media applications for human resources. Tincup has been blogging about HR-related issues since 2007. He’s a contributor to Fistful of Talent, HRTechEurope and HRExaminer and also co-hosts a daily HR podcast called DriveThruHR. He is a 2013 council member for the Candidate Experience Awards. Dr. Wildermuth served as president of the Lima, Ohio SHRM chapter and board member of the Central Iowa SHRM chapter. Currently, Dr. Wildermuth is the Iowa State Certification Director.
