Certified: What sets your industry apart in
terms of human resources?
Kim Marshall: At Wyndham Vacation
Ownership (WVO), we have many unique
challenges that are similar to those faced
by others in our industry. We are a salesdriven organization, so we need to hire
many sales professionals and also train
them. There is a long training process, so
we have to find the right fit for our sales
organization. That’s a very important part
of what we do. As the largest vacation
ownership company in the world, we have
more than 185 resorts, so we have large
challenges on the resort
