everyone else enjoy life, yet never really enjoyed it himself. I can’t help but to wonder if I don’t fall into that same category. Always helping someone else enjoy the Party of Life, the pressured host or tour guide or party patron to make sure that this person has an amazing time. Don’t get me wrong, I have a great time, and I’m good at what I do (providing a great time)—but so was Gatsby! And how did that work out for him? Yes, the Twenties aura that came through the words was one of almost childish glee at every new toy or fad or change in the world. And the world did change fast back then!
