From the political realm to the ecclesiastical world and many spaces in between , the “ First 100 Days ” of newly-elected or selected personnel often gives insight into a leader ’ s management style , priorities , and campaign goals ; the Central Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority , Incorporated ® is no different . Central Regional Director , Kiahna W . Davis , known to be fair , focused , and fun , started her term in office to foster sisterly love and galvanize the Region by sharing a series of activities to demonstrate the “ readiness ” of her administration .
