How has the world of student recruitment shifted and how are you adapting ?
As student recruitment increasingly shifts toward social media and word of mouth , PCA has expanded its reach to a broader range of families , including many military families .
How do you manage the competition and make sure your message is heard ?
We are committed to living out our mission daily and dedicate ourselves to helping our students reach their fullest potential . Our core values help guide us continually by reminding us to demonstrate love , grace , integrity , accountability , Biblical truth and respect in all that we do .
What new programs have you launched ?
Recently , we ’ ve added several additions , including a new weight room , a Mission Partners program in which we collaborate with four local non-profit organizations and enhanced safety initiatives across our campus . We ’ ve also launched a Middle School Leadership Academy and partnered with CACC to create a Career Tech Academy , offering students valuable career-focused opportunities .
