There are wide varieties of dances, it may be a pop, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, tap dancing, break dancing, ballroom dancing and many more. A dancer must be a performer and an artist. They should be able to move freely and at ease. Certain dancers exude movements in a graceful and rhythmical manner. Center Stage is very privilege to introduce a beauty in the field of dance. Elesha Eden – an entertainer who performs not only for the audience but also for fitness, beauty and passionate lifestyle. Let us get to know her beyond the stage and beyond the performance. Elesha Eden has been modeling for two years now and only recently gone full time. She lives in United Kingdom. She has just started modeling professionally full time. Elesha has danced from the tender age of 8 years old and she just finished college where she gained a triple distinction star in dance. In those span of year/s, who was your inspiration in modeling/fitness business? “I do not have a particular inspiration but I admire many forms of photography and fashion and have a deep passion for dance which pushes me to become better and challenges me to be the best I can be and hopefully become.” What was/were the experience/s when you first start your first ever modeling gig and fitness business? “I was still in school when I had my 1st modeling job so I was quite apprehensive but I found it natural to be in front of the camera and loved the experience and my nerves soon disappeared.” How do you manage your time with you busy schedule? “I spend my time modeling and dancing and it is busy but I wouldn’t have it any other way, I am very fortunate to do what I love.” How do you maintain your physical physique? “I work out daily to maintain my fitness, dancing helps with muscle strength and definition and keep me toned.” How many times do you work out in a week? Do you have any favorite workout? “I work out when I can but I try and do at least 1 hour a day if not dancing.” Is there any workout routine that you find it very challenging? “I find all work outs to be challenging, but I like to challenge myself and push my body to get stronger, I love insanity workout.” What types of food do you eat? Do you have any meal plans or your own customized meal plans at all? Can you share us? “I eat a fairly healthy balanced diet but I do not count calories or diet, I do love my food and it is important to eat but I burn it off with exercise, I drink lots of water which is essential when working out.” Since when did you start to realize that being fit and healthy is a must these days? Was there someone who influenced you? “Being healthy is important to stay fit and especially when modeling lingerie or swimwear.” What food or drinks you can’t resist and why? “I do love cake I have a sweet tooth.” Name your fitspiration icons or models you look up to. “I do not have any fitspiration as i believe in being yourself and following your own goals.” What are your final messages to your fans that constantly follow you or at least look up to you? Wave your magic wand, where do you see yourself in 10 years? “Keep strong and never give up. You never know what’s around the corner, but i aspire to become a professional dancer /model and reach my highest potential possible.” Dancing is an art. It is the product human creativity. Being able to dance is a superior skill that you can learn by study, practice and observation. Art of dancing is beyond choreography but an extension of fine art involving beauty, music, dance, and an audience.
