Breakthroughs
Brian Andraos has been in the modeling and
fitness business for about three years. Since he won the
bodybuilding championship in Lebanon 2011, he started
getting lots of offers after his break. He is a 28 year old
American Syrian living in Lebanon. He has got some
good reputation after winning some Facebook voting
contest then best motivational transformation picture
and later on he won the best male fitness model in UK
2014.
In those span of year/s, who was your inspiration in modeling/fitness business? “Since I was a kid
and I did have only one hero, or an inspiration, his
name is Dwayne Johnson aka the Rock, not because of
his muscles for sure. But because he was penniless with
no hope yet he didn’t give up.”
When you were growing up, what was your
goal/s or perhaps dream? “Well you might find it weird a
bit, but when I was a little kid I wanted to be an astronaut. When I grew older, I wanted to be a video game
designer. Later on, I wanted to be an actor. Now, I am
an international fitness model. I think that is the beauty
of life. You never know what years are hiding for now.”
What was/were the experience/s when you first
start your first ever modeling gig and fitness business?
“Actually I still remember my first day standing in front
of the camera. I don’t even know what to do or how to
pose. I was quite embarrassed but luckily things went
amazingly well that from my first modeling cast I was
called to do an acting role on TV.”
How do you manage your time with you busy
schedule? “Well, I guess I have lost some or let me be
honest, I have lost that normal relaxing lifestyle where
I can go and hang out with friends. I do set my priorities as starting in preparing my 7 meals a day. Then,
I do reply to the hundreds of messages I receive from
the fans. Then I work as in an engineering office in the
morning. Then I do my first workout session. During my
break I plan some diet and workout programs for clients
or do some interviews. And on my weekend I usually do
my outdoor jogging then I try to make my photo shoots
session weekend. So basically my week is fully busy
with minimal free time. And if I do I’d rather watch a
movie.”
How do you maintain your physical physique?
“Every night I prepare the meals of the next days which
provide me what I need to eat every three hours. This is
the most important tip not to get indulge is some junk
food if you kept yourself unprepared. I do cardio daily.
And I never compromise on my intense weight lifting
workouts. I sleep every day at the same time. Wake up
at the same time. Eat my meals at the same time. I try
to eat clean 90% of the week allowing myself to have a
cheat meal on Sunday. Most of the time, my cheat meal
would be Nutella, Crepe and ice cream.”
How many times do you work out in a week?
“Usually, I work out seven times a week, unless I’m preparing for a contest or a photo shoot, then I might go up
to 10 times a week.” Do you have any favorite workout?
