fitness Breakthroughs Justin has been in the modeling business for 7 years, and has landed 25+ different magazine covers, commercials and editorial print works, and a national fragrance campaign. Over this time, Justin has been in a natural progression to working as an actor/producer on various film projects, including national commercials and a new independent feature film in the works. As a youth, he admired bodybuilding and fitness legends Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Lee. These figures became an inspiration and played role in his dedication to training and the lifestyle. He was your typical 150lb hard gainer and has had to work his ass to find success. He was also very fortunate to receive the wisdom of professional bodybuilders, and learn the technique of nationally ranked power lifters at a very young age in New Jersey. This paired with a thirst for knowledge left him with the tools necessary for success. Martials Arts has also always been a constant in his training regimen. This combination of martial arts and resistance training helped Justin to transform from a hard gainer to a fitness cover model, bringing in a complete physique that is also fully functional. He is also as passionate about business as fitness. Justin believes in setting a goal, works his ass off, and gives back until that goal becomes a reality. In addition to his exclusive clientele, he is fortunate to help thousands of people with his website www.jusitnwoltering. com and ebook Bigger Better Faster. In those span of year/s, who was your inspiration in modeling/fitness business? “In addition to the golden age of bodybuilders like Zane and Serge Nubret, the 90s and early 2000s era of physique cover models like Frank Sepe and Greg Plitt were a solid inspiration”, the bodybuilder enthusiast said. When you were growing up, what was your goal/s or perhaps dream? “I honestly didn’t know, I just knew that I didn’t want a normal life. I wanted to be great at something or at least try to be”, he recalled. What was/were the experience/s when you first start your first ever modeling gig and fitness business “I randomly moved to the Midwest from New Jersey after being kicked out of school ( for the second time) and I was dealing with a lot of family turmoil as well as I witness my parents’ divorce after having 8 children. I didn’t realize this at the time, but this served as a major inspiration to be leader and prove to my siblings that no matter the hardship, if you work for it, your dreams can come true.” How do you manage your time with you busy schedule? “This is a never ending balancing act, especially as a family man, business owner, and artist. So I have always believed in the saying, “Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance”. Life will never go according to the plan; however it is necessary to control everything within your power to create the right opportunities for success”, Justin elaborated. How do you maintain your physical physique? “Nutrition is priority number 1! My wife is an amazing cook and helps prepare all of my meals in advance, I started landing magazine covers once we got together. As for training, I work my ass off moving heavy weights day in and day out. Functional training, martial arts, cardio, and flexibility are all crucial to my success; however the heavy weight lifting is the foundation for my size, strength, and work capacity.“ How many times do you work out in a week? Do you have any favourite workout? “I work out 5 days a week.” Is there any workout routine that you find it very challenging? “If it’s not challenging it’s not worth doing.” What types of food do you eat? Do you have any meal plans or your own customized meal plans at all? Can you share us? “This could be an article all to itself, so without getting into micro or even macro specifics here is what daily nutritional intake roughly looks like: Meal 1: 2 Scoop Dymatize Iso100 Liquid Fish Oil; Meal 2: 6 whole eggs, veggies; Meal 3: 2 Scoop Dymatize Iso 100 Fish Oil; Meal 4: 10oz Bison, “Never give up! Keep working hard every day to keep your dreams alive!” Sweet Potato, Broccoli; Meal 5: Post Workout Shake; Meal 6: Salmon Sweet Potato Asparagus. My favorite foods are: steak, eggs, salmon, sweet potato, oats, asparagus, almonds, broccoli, apples and blueberries” Since when did you start to realize that being fit and healthy is a must these days? Was there someone who influenced you? “Honestly, being healthy wasn’t my initial inspiration into fitness. I wanted to see how far I could push myself, look like t
