Breakthroughs
Tomas has been in the modeling business for
about five years already. He was born and raised in
Poland. When he was 20, Tomas moved to England
to finish his education in Cambridge and then after
couple of years, he was offered first shoots and started
to work as professional model in United Kingdom.
In those span of year/s, who was your inspiration (modeling/fitness business)? “I need to say that I
never really had any inspiration at all. However, I was
always into fashion and follow new trends also create my own style. I’m always so pleased to attend all
high fashion events I’m envied too and meeting new
people,” he said.
When you were growing up, what was your
goal/s or perhaps dream? “I was always told by my
parents that I can achieve everything I like if I’m going
to put hard work to it! But back then, my dream as a
little boy was to become a fireman,” Tomas laughed.
What was/were the experience/s when you first
start your first ever modeling gig and fitness business?
“Well, I remember I was so happy and much stressed
when I went first time to studio. I was so scared I will
never forget that. But everything went well and after
couple of weeks, I saw myself in the magazine witch
was amazing felling I so proud from myself,” the fashion model exclaimed.
How do you manage your time with you busy
schedule? “I always try to be organized with everything but unfortunately is not always easy as it sounds.
I wish day would be longer for few hours. Sometimes
I’m so busy with work that I don’t have time for anything but like everyone knows hard work always pay
you back,” Tomas shared.
How many times do you work out in a week?
Do you have any favorite workout? “I’m going to the
gym twice a week. I do swim a lot as well, as that’s
make me relax after my busy day but I believe if you
eat healthy that’s already half of the success.”
Is there any workout routine that you find it
very challenging? “Well to be honest, I didn’t like to
go to the gym in the beginning. I don’t like it at all. I
didn’t see any point until I started to see the effects.
And after a few weeks, it has become my routine and
I actually started to enjoy going to the gym and work
out. Now, when I’m away or don’t have the time for
it ‘cause of my busy schedule, I feel very bad like I’m
missing something. But I make it to a point to go the
pool and swim at least.”
What types of food do you eat? Do you have
any meal plans or your own customized meal plans at
all? Can you share us? “I don’t really, but I believe that
is very important to watch what we eat. I always stick
to healthy options. Personally I love seafood.”
Since when did you start to realize that being
fit and healthy is a must these days? Was there someone who influenced you? “Oh yeah, my friend who’s
is running a magazine about healthy lifestyle have
always told me that I should change my diet so I did
