fitness Breakthroughs Confident yet creative – those are the qualities that a person should possess these days whenever placed in a fast-paced, competitive work place. Exuding confidence and infusing creativity simply shows that the person is not only dynamic and resourceful, but also demonstrates the qualities of being bold and sexy. Fitness helps you to be dauntless to stand out among the rest and modeling gives you a chance to be daring and unique in your own way. This time, we dare to move beyond boundaries. We meet the best of both worlds of you’re not so ordinary, cunning, determined and cool dude from Mexico City. Center Stage reveals the ‘fitspiration’ journey and prowess of Daniel Sisniega. Daniel has been in the modeling business for quite some time. He started exhibiting his Adonis-like body since he was twenty years old. His five-year and counting modeling career showed a lot of opportunities for everybody especially his fans and also got a privilege time in meeting new people. And when you start enjoying the things you do in life, you cannot get enough to look back who actually inspired you. In the case of Daniel – when he started his modeling gig, he was inspired by Daniel Miagany. Now, Daniel’s biggest inspiration as a cover model is Sean O’Pry and also Tosh Yanez. While growing up, he always knew what he wanted in life. He actually aspired to be an international model and a professional dancer. Added to that, Daniel really aimed to work for important artists and fashion designers as well. His determination lit up around the universe and so, he was very fortunate that everything that he planned for the very beginning actually happened. Every person has some significant experiences when we are privilege to do what we truly like and want. Well, Daniel was involved by accident in the fashion industry when he was a kid. Lucky enough, a friend of his mother – who was a model and an agent, saw him and included Daniel in a television commercial. The significant experience was a spark to his modeling career and until now, whenever he recalls that experience, it always excites him. Daniel Sisniega is a busy model, and as a model, there are no rooms for excuses. He manages his time by working out every day. He goes to castings and rehearsals at least five days a week. Daniel always tries to be as busy as he can. The equilibrium between fitness and modeling are really relevant. As a model, one should be very consistent, especially maintaining your own physical physique. Good for Daniel, he thinks that he is really blessed with a very good metabolism. He loves food but he always try to eat healthy stuff. Of course, on top of that maintaining our ideal body shape is to work out every single day. Daniel tries to work out every day and his favorite work out would be lifting weights (chest day). He finds ‘leg day’ as very challenging like everyone else. On the other hand, he said that he drinks a lot of water and avoids carbs after four in the afternoon. They say ‘you are what you eat’, and no doubt to Daniel’s healthy lifestyle because he was essentially guided by his loving parents. His folks helped him to live a strong and nourishing way of life. With this practice, it helped him in the long run to become disciplined and responsible. Everybody loves to eat, whenever you’re working in the office, hitting the gym or even enjoying the good vibe relaxation inside your room. This shows that we cannot deny or resist some food that delights our mood, behavior or focus. Center Stage asked Daniel Sisniega what food or drinks he cannot resist. He said that the food and beverage that he cannot really resist and truly love is beer and jelly. Guilty pleasures, indeed. Furthermore, we get to know more of Daniel Sisniega beyond the gym and the camera.
