Breakthroughs
She is 19 years old and she has been in the
modeling business for about six months now. Jannah Mutiy was born in Albuquerque New Mexico
but currently lives in New York. She started in fitness
again and became more connected with it because
she became insecure after she had her daughter. Her
daughter gave her a reason to believe in love at first
sight, but after she had her daughter, she went through
some complications that her body fell apart. It took
her awhile to think her body was beautiful. Her daughter makes her see life beautifully. Later on, she ended
up gaining and started insecure. But one day, her boyfriend, Melvin, dragged her to the gym. She was shy at
first and got a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, he had
patience with her. He helped her grow and gain confidence. It made her stronger than she ever had.
Both of them started to build their confidence.
Her boyfriend showed her the way of fitness again. If
it wasn’t for him or Mariah, she wouldn’t be as strong
as she is today. It gave her also to see life and other
opportunities. Fitness helped Jannah to gain selfconfidence and motivation to keep going. They have
inspired one another as well as found her individuality.
Jannah’s main goal is to help and inspire other
people. She faced inevitable challenges along the way.
Her mom was diagnosed with cancer and almost gave
up, but she didn’t. Her daughter helped her to see the
light and she always thought that her little girl was her
source of strength to never give up. Jannah’s mother
overcame cancer became stronger. And that is why she
has a tattoo of hope with a feather and birds in it – a
symbolism that there is always hope for everything.
